Welcome to Glow Shine Print (GSP). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website at glowshineprint.com and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment is required at the time of order unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.

For custom orders, a design approval from the customer is required before production begins. No refund will be issued once production has started after approval.

Custom products are made to order and are non-refundable once production has begun. You will be asked to approve the design before we start manufacturing.

Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary based on complexity, order volume, and delivery location.

We ship nationwide across Pakistan via trusted courier services including TCS and Leopards. Delivery times are 2–7 working days depending on your location.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or circumstances beyond our control.

Standard products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item.

Custom-made products are non-refundable unless they differ significantly from the approved design or arrive damaged.

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with photos of the issue.

All content on our website — including images, designs, logos, and text — is the property of Glow Shine Print and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Customers grant GSP a non-exclusive licence to use submitted design files solely for fulfilling their order.

GSP's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
